Terms and Conditions

Last updated 4 Oct 2026

Business details in brackets are placeholders until the operator fills them in.

These terms are an agreement between you and UniVerse ("UniVerse", "we"), the operator of this website. By creating an account or buying a course you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Who we are

UniVerse is operated by UniVerse, commercial registration no. [Commercial registration no.], tax ID [Tax ID], registered at [Registered business address].

Contact: bassel@mokhtareon.com, phone +201094456745, WhatsApp +201094456745.

2. Your account

  • You must give accurate details (name, email, mobile number and academic information) and keep them up to date.
  • Your account is personal. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Your mobile number may be verified with a one-time code sent over WhatsApp.
  • We limit the number of devices that can be signed in at the same time. Signing in on a new device may require signing out of another one.

3. Course access licence

When you buy or are granted a course, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view its content online through the platform for as long as the course is offered.

You may not:

  • share your account or access with anyone else, or sell, rent or transfer it;
  • download, record, capture, screenshot, re-upload or redistribute videos, files or quizzes, in whole or in part;
  • use software or devices to bypass the player, its encryption or the device limit.

Videos carry a visible and a forensic watermark that identifies your account. We log playback sessions and capture attempts. Content that leaks can be traced back to the account it came from, and we will act on it under section 9 and the law.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes.
  • Card and wallet payments are processed by Paymob. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Your access starts once the payment is confirmed by Paymob (see the Delivery Policy). If a payment fails, no charge is made and no access is granted.
  • You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

5. Packages and vouchers

Packages give a discount when your cart contains exactly the number of courses the package names, and may be limited to students of a particular major. The cart picks the best applicable package automatically.

Vouchers and referral codes are subject to the conditions shown with them (validity dates, number of uses, eligible courses). One code can be used per order, after any package discount. Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.

6. Points

Points are earned through the referral programme and may be used to buy courses that have a points price. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and are forfeited if the account is closed for a breach of these terms. We may correct balances that result from errors or abuse.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

All course content, the platform, the UniVerse name and logo belong to UniVerse or its instructors and licensors and are protected by law. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

Reviews and questions you post must be lawful and respectful. You allow us to display them on the platform.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account, revoke access to courses and end active sessions, without refund, if the account breaches section 3 (sharing, recording or redistributing content), uses the platform fraudulently, or breaks the law. Where reasonable we will tell you why. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available and the content accurate, but the service is provided as is: interruptions for maintenance or reasons outside our control can happen. Courses support your studies; they do not guarantee any grade or result.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are first handled through our support; if unresolved, the competent courts of Egypt have jurisdiction, without limiting your rights under consumer protection law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect purchases made before them; continued use after a change means you accept it.
